Trading Conditions

Important Points

1. Legal Status

Edmund Sutcliffe is registered as self-employed with the British Government trading as 'Holistic Land Innovations'.

2. Disbursements

At his discretion, all engagements require Edmund Sutcliffe's travel, accomodation and food disbursements to be paid for by the respective convention.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 15 days of receipt of request.

 

Fees, Charges and Disbursements

All fees, charges and disbursements are negotiable and subject to agreement. All final rates and details are at the discretion of Edmund Sutcliffe.

Consulting Services

£300 / day
£40 / hour

All planning and design work comes under this heading.

Travel

Charged at cost
50p / mile for driving

Time spent in transit is charged at £20 / hour

Accommodation

Charged at cost

  • A local hotel or AirBnB subject to agreement. 

  • Where available and appropriate then local billeting at venue or amongst host family is negotiable.

  • All Meals, Laundry & Work-related Telephony

  • No alcohol

Out of Pocket Expenses

Charged at cost

 

Account Terms

  • Invoice payments due within 15 days of receipt of invoice

  • Any outstanding payments have charges levied at 10% of invoice total per day outstanding after 15 days of invoice receipt up to a total of 100% of original invoice amount

  • Any outstanding payments on ongoing projects will result in no further work being completed until these payment(s) are completely cleared.

  • Invoices are prepared and submitted to client(s) weekly by email (in .pdf format)

  • Any other Account arrangements are to be determined and agreed 21 days prior to engagement commencement

  • All charges are in GBP£ unless otherwise specified.
